Guarantee

Snake Eyes Reptiles guarantees the live and healthy arrival of every animal it sells. Each animal is carefully inspected before shipment. Once they are found to be free of anything "unsatisfactory", they are placed in the appropriate container for travel. It is very unlikely that an animal arrives ill, however, if you feel your animal may be ill you must notify Snake Eyes Reptiles via phone (803) 316-3055 within two hours of receipt so Snake Eyes Reptiles may fulfill this guarantee.  The Buyer must have the animal examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the animal. Seller must be informed immediately of the examination result by email to Fox321@rocketmail.com.

The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee. If for any reason you are unable to act within the two hour time limit, it will jeopardize the fate of the animal and will forfeit any benefits from this guarantee. If you are uncertain of your abilities to assess the health of the animal you are advised to have an exotic vet inspect it. Any animals that arrive with outward signs of illness/disease will be replaced first, and refunded only if stock is unavailable. Snake Eyes Reptiles will decide on a case by case basis whether the animal will be returned to Snake Eyes Reptiles, as some illnesses may contraindicate further travel.

Snake Eyes Reptiles guarantees that the animals it sells are correctly represented in terms of their genetic composition and breeding potentials. If the buyer breeds the animal listed on the photo "genetic/health guarantee certificate" and is not able to produce offspring with the appropriate genetic traits as mentioned on the certificate, Snake Eyes Reptiles will buy back the snake at it's discretion for the original purchase price. This does not guarantee that the animal will successfully reproduce, nor does it guarantee the genetic viability of any animal's offspring.

All deposits are NON-refundable, and go toward the total price of the animal(s).
All final sales will be pending approval for adoption; deposits may be rejected or returned by Snake Eyes Reptiles for any reason. Our animals are guaranteed to arrive healthy. Should any parasites or illnesses be found upon you initial veterinary exam, we will pay for the medication to get them better. We do not cover the cost of any tests or any exam costs.

The animal is guaranteed for one year against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affect the health of the animal. If the animal dies within this one-year time frame, the buyer will pay to have a necropsy to ascertain reason, if reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the animal. Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning any animal means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.

Should there be ANY problems we must be notified ASAP, no exceptions. Failure to notify us in a timely manner (12-24hours) will also result in forfeiture of the health guarantee. The Buyer shall provide the animal with veterinary care upon sickness, disease, or injury, and shall take it to a veterinarian at least once a year for an annual health examination and routine vaccinations.

The animal shall not be sold, transferred, or given to any individual or to any retail or wholesale establishment for the purpose of sale or resale neither to the public, nor to any research institution where medical experimentation or other practices take place.

If the animal is returned for any reason, the buyer is responsible for all fees associated with shipping or delivery. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. If purchasing an animal under a spay/neuter contract, as a pet, buyer must fulfill spay/neuter agreement in allocated time to validate the health warranty. No animals are sold with breeding rights unless other arrangements have been made. An animal with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the seller to qualify for a replacement animal. A returned animal must be returned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the expense of the buyer. The owner will then qualify for a replacement animal.

Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement animal. This guarantee applies to the original buyer only and is nontransferable to a second party. Any physical problem, which is or could be the result of injury, is not covered under this guarantee.
